Apartment Description:  A very charming apartment is located in a nice and green area called Balduina, close to the Hilton Hotel.  The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift of a modern building surrounded by nice shops and boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets: everything you want for an ideal long vacationing period.  Well connected to the center by busses. Metro Stop "Musei Vaticani" is only at 700 metres off the home. Perfect for those coming from the airport by train shuttle being the stop at only 50 meters from the accommodation.  Walking distance from the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Church.  

This bright apartment is divided into one living room, two bedrooms: one double and one twin bedded room, one fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a nice and comfortable bathroom featuring a stand-up shower.  Both bedrooms have access to a long balcony.  It has been completely remodeled and refurbished with many antique family furniture, and marble floor. Elegant coordinated upholstery for the nice sofas in the living room, old paintings and stamps.  The owner is a wine producer and he likes welcoming his guests with a good bottle of wine.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
