The apartment is newly remade with comfortable furniture,
bright living room has two large windows overlooking a green internal
garden. First floor (2nd American) with No lift. Divided
into an entrance, bedroom with double bed (150 cm.), living room with sofa bed for two, divided small kitchenette
with washing machine, dish washer, microwaves oven, and bathroom with shower.
Includes color TV, independent heating.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $56). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
