Apartment Description:  This apartment has a terrific position: few steps from to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori;  walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.  Although so central, it is very quiet for it overlooks the square below where close by is the most famous Church of San Luigi dei Francesi where you can admire the pictures by Caravaggio.

The apartment, located on 2nd floor (3rd American) with No lift, is bright and comfortable. It features a small entrance, a large kitchen with a table and chairs, a large bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, and a 2nd bedroom with single bed that is close to the large bedroom (note this apartment does not have a living room)  The bathroom has a tub/shower and is close by the entrance.  Facilities include TV, independent heating, microwave oven.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
