Apartment Description: A
wonderful and spacious apartment, bursting with atmosphere,
located only 80 meters from the Spanish Steps and at walking
distance from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. This
apartment has been refurnished by an Italian architect and
offers you the possibility to enjoy unique pieces of
furniture; some of which are real masterpieces of art.
The white leather sofa bed placed in the living room is
extremely comfortable and has been designed by Flli Campana.
The bedroom has been decorated with elegant upholstery and
antiques. The corridors lead into the the beautiful
living and dining rooms, both full of light. Apartment
is located on third floor (4th American) with No lift.
It is divided into the entrance, living room with sofa bed for
one person (french bed), dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with
double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, a small
powder room along the corridor plus a full bathroom with tub
off master bedroom. Facilities
include color TV, washing machine, dishwasher, independent
heating, iron and ironing board.

Minimum
stay: 3 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $74). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
