Apartment Description:  This 1st floor property is nicely located in one of the typical streets of Trastevere, just across the way from John Cabot University.  A stone's throw from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori, the area offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes as well as boutiques and antique.

The apartment is housed just outside the Botanical Garden, very famous even in ancient times for its tropical collection of plants, high trees and bed flowers.  This charming property is divided into a small entrance with a well equipped kitchen. One living room with sofa, TV, Stereo and library. One double bedroom with a direct access to the comfortable and nice bathroom with tub/shower.  The flat was recently remodeled with hardwood floors in the whole apartment offering modern furniture.  From the apartment windows you can enjoy part of the botanical garden and the beautiful piazzetta just below.

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
