Apartment Description:  Luminous, spacious apartment has a terrific location being in the very heart of the ancient Rome: 50 meters from the Pantheon. Very quite and peaceful, it has been recently remade and has modern furniture with comfortable solutions. All rooms are large and homely, the restored floors are the original dating the beginning of the past century. The completely equipped kitchen has a delightful view over a small piazza that during the morning hosts a charming little market.  Located on third floor with NO lift (4th American floor). 

Apartment is divided into a large living room, two double bedrooms with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower.  Facilities include Air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board microwave oven and safe.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $65).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $15) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
