building dating back to the 1700's. It is quiet and looks out
onto Via delle Mantellate. The apartment is composed of a
small master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and desk, a living
room with a double sofa bed, second sofa, and a dining area, a
kitchen corner, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is
comfortably furnished, pleasant, and relaxing. Amenities
include a security door, independent heating, a television,
and a washing machine. The apartment is 60 square meters and
located on the ground floor.

Minimum
stay: 1 week
Holiday period: A 15% surcharge is added to rent
during Easter and Christmas.
Booking procedure: Rent taken at time of booking by VISA
or Mastercard.
Arrival/Check In: Check-In time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, Check-Out is
10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
has an additional 30 Euro surcharge.
Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, 15%
rent is non-refundable.
If within 2 weeks of arrival, there is NO refund.
Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have
suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
