Close by the living room is the kitchen, completely separated and fully equipped. At the right side of the kitchen, the bathroom has a shower.  On the right side of the stair you will find the large bed room. This room, like the whole apartment, has beautiful antique furniture and very elegant upholstery.  The beautiful chandeliers, the important oil paintings, the Persian carpets and the very modern light spots, make this apartment a luxurious property with all comforts and amenities.  Located on first floor (2nd American) with no lift.  Facilities include Air conditioning, 24 hour free ADSL,TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, independent heating, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50).

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
