This beautiful loft with panoramic terrace on the same level has been created out of the old studio of the artist Lorenzo Gigotti housed in a typical, late 18th-century building. The magnificent inner courtyard, with wisteria and jasmine clinging to the walls, and the palms in the garden floor of the building create an atmosphere redolent of the life of artists in Rome up to a few decades ago.

Two steps from Piazza di Spagna and overlooking the gardens of Villa Medici the apartment, is located on top floor (3rd floor with lift going up to 2nd floor) of an exclusive residential building.  A large loft has been created out of the original artist's studio in which a spacious mezzanine floor has been built with large double bed, tables and wardrobe connected to the large living room by an elegant walnut staircase.

The room, lit by two great windows with terracotta tiled floor, includes a sitting area with two double sofa beds, a dining table, functional kitchen and a luxurious bathroom in majolica with bath, separate shower cabinet and double wash basins sunk into a marble top.

Leading off the sitting room is a stupendous large terrace with a view over the roofs of Rome.  The table, the overhead roller blind, the fittings and the incredible view of the city, from the Borghese Gardens to Monte Mario, offer you unforgettable moments for relaxing. A peaceful paradise in the heart of Rome, two steps from the most famous monuments and overlooking the cupolas and bell towers of the Eternal City.  A washing machine is also located in the terrace for guests' convenience.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellation. If made less then 30 days before the date of arrival, there is an additional charge of 1 nights rent.
