Apartment Description: This delightful ground
floor apartment is in the very heart of Rome: at few steps
from the Pantheon, walking distance to all most important
sites in the city: Piazza Navona. Spanish Steps, Campo dei
Fiori, Trevi Fountain. Although so central, it is very
very quite for it is located in a small street far from the
many happenings that are typical of the area.
As you enter the studio, you will find the large living room
with high wooden beamed ceiling and high windows that give
light to the room. The living room faces one comfortable sofa
bed for two, one double bed, one table and chairs. The
separated kitchen is quite large and fully equipped.
Completely remodeled it is well furnished and well appointed
with all modern comforts. Facilities include air
conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, independent

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro
(approximately $40). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
