In the very heart of the old town, at two steps from Piazza Navona, Piazza Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon, and Trastevere.
This quiet apartment is like entering a museum: you can admire the frescoed ceilings, the beautiful marble statues of Bacco and Eros, the family stucco portraits, the elegant tester beds, the unique terrace with the access from the living room/hall.
Facilities include color TV, independent heating.
Third floor with lift. Divided into living room/hall, very spacious bedroom with two single beds, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with tub
and handheld shower, walk-in closet

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $55). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
