Apartment Description:  The spectacular view that you may enjoy from the terrace of this delightful apartment makes this house a very unique place to stay.  Beside having the blooming and the comfort of this charming terrace, you will admire all the magnificence of the Church Domes, the surrounding Roman hills and the most beautiful monuments of the city at 360°.  Walking distance to Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon and Spanish Steps.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (5th American) with NO lift.  It is divided into three levels and it is very warm with modern and tasteful furniture. It has been completely remodeled and furnished by an architect who has kept the charm of an ancient house.  At the entrance level you will find a dining area with close by a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom and a studio.  The lower lever has another double bedroom and a bathroom with tub/shower.  From the studio you will reach the upper level that has a sitting room with sofa bed for two and through some stairs you have the access to the fantastic terrace.

Facilities include color TV, independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
