Apartment Description: Spacious and bright 3 bedroom/2 bathroom accommodation is near Piazza Strozzi, 15 minutes walking distance from the Vatican and the Vatican Museums.  Also, close by buses and metro station Ottaviano is 6 minute walk away.  

Apartment on 3rd floor with lift, includes furniture that is modern and colorful, very nice is the living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed for two.  There are decorated ceilings that have stucco works remade in style dating from the beginning of the passed century.  It is divided into small entrance, long alley, living room with dining area and a sofa bed for two, double bedroom with double bed and bathroom “en suite” with tub shower, double bedroom with two single beds and a small terrace, double bedroom with two single beds, kitchen and small bathroom with shower.

Minimum stay: 5 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
