The apartment is on the 4th floor (5th American) with NO lift of an ancient building that has an important entrance with statues claimed to Bernini.  It is divided into one living room with dining area and the exit to the cozy terrace common to the bedroom. Includes bedroom with double bed, small bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and nice handmade decorated tiles.  In the living room, a dining area and a sofa bed for two.  The furniture is elegant with nice and coordinated upholstery.  Includes color TV with DVD player, stereo, washing machine, independent heating, Air conditioning.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
