Apartment Description:
In
the very heart of the old town at two steps from Piazza Campo
dei Fiori, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trastevere stands this
spectacular apartment with a lovely, green terrace furnished
for guest's use. It is very tastefully
furnished with elegant antique furniture: the dining room,
living room and bed room have beautiful chimneys. It has
beautiful antique restored wooden ceilings and beautiful
"cotto" and "peperino" floors. Fourth floor
with NO lift (5th American floor).
The apartment is divided into an
entrance, spacious
living room with single sofa bed, dining room with the access to the terrace, one double
bedroom with bath room with tub en suite, one
small single bedroom (suitable for children only as mattress
is on floor) with bathroom with shower en suite, kitchen,
loft with ironing board and cleaning utilities. Facilities
include
color TV, Air conditioning, dishwasher, iron, independent
heater.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $74). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
