Apartment Description: 2 studios in the very
heart of ancient Rome, just a stones throw from Piazza Navona,
and couple minutes walk to the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Spanish steps,
Trastevere. Both located on quite streets just behind the
recently restructured Altemps Museum.
The first studio (LEUTO) is a charming 30 sq/m apartment on ground floor
with small kitchen one living area with table and chairs divided
from the sleeping area by a grass fronted cupboard. The French bed is a delightful canopy bed and the
bathroom is right next to the bed. It has a very unique shower made of small marble mosaics representing swimming fishes.
The owner has an antique shop so the furniture is very accurate
and quite sophisticated with nice objects, paintings and pieces of furniture.
Includes color TV, CD player, independent heating, washing machine, iron, microwaves oven.
The second studio (DELL'ORSO), slightly larger at 40 sq/m,
also on ground floor, has a living area with table, chairs and a completely equipped kitchen One sleeping area with a very modern and new sofa bed for two.
The spacious bath room has a shower and elegant refining.
Air conditioning, TV, CD, independent heating, washing machine, iron, oven.

Minimum
stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro
(approximately $40). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
