Apartment Description: A very central apartment, surrounded by the most famous
sites of the ancient Rome: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum, the Ara
Coeli. Also, walking distance from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Campo dei
Fiori. The area is famous for its restaurants, cafes, artisan and antique shops.
The apartment is on a quiet street located on the first floor
(2nd American) with NO lift of a nice old building. It
is bright and spacious, divided into one living/dining room with a sofa bed for two, one double bedroom, two single bedrooms, one large and well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms: one with shower, the other "en suite" in the double bedroom with tub-shower.
Includes color TV, washing machine, dishwasher and independent heating.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $74). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
