Apartment Description: A
charming, terraced apartment with a most unique spectacular
view of Saint Peter's Dome. From the terrace, the
"Cupola" is so close that during the day you can see
people walking on the top of the Dome and at night when the
Dome is all lit up, you feel you can almost touch it.
Close to Saint Peter's station, it is walking distance from
Piazza Navona, the Vatican and Saint Peter's Church.
The
apartment is on the fifth floor with lift of a nice old
building. It
is quiet, bright and spacious and has a large living room with
a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for two. Bedroom
include two single beds. A
separated well equipped kitchenette is connected to the living room
and one bathroom with shower. Has color TV, A/C, washing
machine.

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
