Apartment Description:  One bedroom apartment within walking distance to the Vatican and only a block from Subway Line A (Ottaviano stop) giving you access to all sections of Rome.  After crossing the river Tiber, you can walk to Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori, Pantheon, and Piazza di Spagna.

The apartment is surrounded by shops of all kinds including an outdoor market where you can shop in the typical Roman fashion if you plan to prepare your meals at home. Although very centrally located, the apartment is quiet as all the windows face an inner courtyard.  The hostess is very hospitable and can assist clients by providing information to make your visit most enjoyable.

The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd American floor).  There is a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined together and a living room in which a second couple can comfortably sleep. The living room includes color TV, chest of drawers and the bedroom a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower. The small kitchenette is equipped with utensils which you can use for your meal preparations.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
