Apartment Description: A
very peaceful and well appointed apartment located just in the
heart of the most ancient town. At
walking distance from the Imperial Forum you can easily reach
by foot Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon and Spanish Steps.
At 15
minute walk from the Vatican and Saint Peters Church.
The
apartment is at ground floor of a XVI century building and it
has a lovely internal patio appointed with table and chairs:
fantastic for fresh air during summer time.
The whole
house is charming with beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and
has very nice, antique furniture. With all the lovely table
sets you can find in the living room, you can easily have an
elegant dinner. The
apartment is divided into one living room with sofa bed for
one person, one bed room with a double bed convertible in two
singles, one kitchen, one small bath room.

microwaves oven, iron, hair dryer, toaster.

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
