Apartment Description:  This apartment is located on one of the most charming streets in the historic center of Rome, just behind the Pantheon. The street is a pedestrian area so there is no traffic and it is very quiet even though it is in the very heart of Rome.

The apartment is on the first floor (American 2nd) with No lift of 17th century building.  It has a large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining table for five, and a sofabed.  The bedroom has a large double bed, antique furniture, a fireplace and a window which overlooks Via dei Pastini.  The arched ceilings give the apartment an ancient look. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a small breakfast table.  The bathroom has been recently restored and has a shower. The floor of the entire apartment is in terracotta.  Includes washing machine, central heating and color TV.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
