American) with lift of the magnificent ancient building of
“Palazzo Altoviti”. The location could not be better: around
the corner you will find Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori,
as well as a never ending choice of outdoor cafes,
restaurants and boutiques. At short walking distance:
Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Trastevere.
This delightful apartment is very elegantly furnished and
has been completely remade by an architect who has kept the
warmth of a real home. It has beautiful high ceilings
decorated with stucco works; antique objects, paintings and
furniture; wonderful, regal color for the curtains.
The fully equipped modern kitchen and the beautiful, elegant
bathroom are decorated with Italian marble From the
entrance you will reach on your right, the living room with
dining area and sofa bed for two, and the small separated
kitchen. On your left the spacious bedroom with double bed.
The bathroom is separated and includes shower.
Facilities include Air Conditioning, TV, independent

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35
Euro (approximately $56). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
