Apartment Rates:   The apartment is situated at about 10 metres from the Pantheon, in the heart of ancient Rome, at walking distance from Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain.  The spacious 1,400 sq/ft apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th American), with No lift, of an 18th century “palazzo” in a pedestrian precinct, it is elegantly furnished and fully equipped with all comforts.

The apartment is all on one floor and consists of one double bedroom, one twin-bed room, two living-rooms, one with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, one bathroom with hair dryer and a large tub. There’s a balcony overlooking the romantic internal courtyard from the twin-room, timber ceilings, “cotto” tile floors are particular features of this lovely flat.

The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms, TV, CD player, microwave, add to the comfort of this intimate, comfortable, centrally located hide away. Independent central heating, electricity, linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Holiday period:  20% surcharge is added to rent during Easter and Christmas.

Booking procedure: Payment by VISA/Mastercard.  25% rent due at time of booking, balance charged on arrival along with $250 refundable security deposit.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is refundable.  If 8 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% rent also charged.  No refunds for cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
