Apartment Description:  Well appointed and comfortable large studio apartment located in the heart of the ancient Rome.  At walking distance from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and Spanish Steps.  The area is fantastic for important antique and jewelry shops, restaurants and cafes.

The apartment is at the 3rd floor (4th American) with No lift of a very nice XVI century building.  The whole house is very spacious and charming with modern furnishings.  The two luminous windows in the sleeping area have the charming view on the street below and onto flowery Roman balconies.  The living area has a nice table for 6, one library and a comfortable sofa bed convertible into one double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bath room has a shower.  Includes satellite TV, stereo, washing machine, individual heating, telephone (extra).

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 25 Euro (approximately $40).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
