Apartment Description:  This beautiful apartment is literally at the doorstep of Piazza del Popolo, on the fifth floor with lift of a building that hosts a luxury Hotel: you will enjoy all the amenities of a 5 star hotel like the beautiful terrace on the top floor, the flowery garden where you can have breakfast or lunch, 24 hours reception, daily cleaning.  The location is wonderful: walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain.

In the very spacious 1500 sq/ft apartment you will feel the warm atmosphere of an historical mansion, as it features a big variety of antique furniture.  It has a large entrance, a spacious and well appointed living room with an antique table for ten, sofas including one sofa bed, and three bright windows. The kitchen is in front of the main entrance and fully equipped.  On the right side of the entrance, a corridor leads to the sleeping area that is very well separated from the rest of the house. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor: it is very large and includes a beautiful bathroom en suite with a tub/shower.  The second bathroom is along the corridor, in front of the other two bedrooms, one with double bed another with twin beds.  Buffet breakfast available at the Hotel for $15/person.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 50 Euro (approximately $75).

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
