Apartment Description: Located just behind the
world famous Via Veneto, in one of the most sophisticated area
of fashionable Rome where you will find well known designer
boutiques such as Armani, Valentino, Versace, Hermes and
Chanel. The area also offers you a variety of cafes,
restaurants and wine bars. At walking distance from the
Spanish Steps,the Pantheon Piazza Navona and the Trevi
fountain.
This elegant property is on the 5th floor with lift of an
ancient and beautiful 17th century building. The
apartment is very luminous with two delightful balconies
offering a beautiful view of the Roman roofs. It is divided
into an entrance, one large living room, one bedroom, one
spacious kitchen and one bathroom with tub. The living
room itself is well divided offering the dining area with a
sofa bed for one in one side and, in the in the other side,
one very elegant and comfortable sofa bed for two. Among
the amenities are color TV and washing machine.

Minimum
stay: 1 week
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
