Apartment Description: This magnificent and
spotless apartment is located on the first floor (2nd
American) with No lift of a small building on the left side of
the Pantheon. You can admire the Mausoleum just looking out of
the living room windows. Walking distance to Piazza
Navona, Trastevere, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and all most
famous sites.
It is divided into an entrance, living room with dining area
and kitchen, double bedroom
bathroom with tub/shower. As you enter the apartment you
have a small hall, a spacious living room open-plan with the
dining area and a completely equipped kitchen. Going
down a short corridor there is a double bedroom and a
spectacular bathroom with tub and shower completely refined
with Italian Marble. The whole apartment has been remodeled by
a famous architect and it has beautiful hard wood floor,
elegant furniture and coordinated tapestry, but what might
impress you most is the warm atmosphere and the very unique
view of the Pantheon. Facilities include air
conditioning (additional charge of of $16/day), LCD TV,
dishwasher, iron and ironing board, independent heating, safe.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
