Apartment Description:  This magnificent apartment is situated on the first floor with lift of a palazzo at walking distance to Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona.  As you enter the apartment you find a spacious living room with two high double glazed windows open out onto a very popular area.  The room has a very comfortable seating; it is open-plan with the dining area and the completely equipped kitchen.  As you go down a short corridor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles.  The two bathrooms have one tub-shower and the other a shower.  The whole apartment has beautiful Cotto floor and has elegant furniture and coordinated tapestry.
Facilities Satellite TV, stereo, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, independent heating, A/C and hair dryer.

Minimum stay: 3 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
