Apartment Description: A beautiful apartment at
two minutes walking to Piazza del Popolo, one of the most
beautiful square in Rome.
From this apartment you may also reach by foot the Pantheon,
Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain as well as
Saint Peter's.
Completely remodeled, the apartment is a "Depandance" of a
massive building dating the beginning of the passed century
and offers a flowery patio that is just in front of the
entrance. It features an entrance, a spacious and well
appointed living room with a dining area and a sitting area
with two sofas, one being a sofa bed (120 cm.). The dining
area offers also a large table for eight people. From
the living room, you have the access to the kitchen, the bed
room and the bathroom. The modern and elegant
furniture, its original marble floors and the flowery patio,
make this apartment an unusual spot of relax.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $50).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
