Apartment Description:  This apartment is located in the elegant area called Porta Pia that is half way from the Railway Station Termini and Via Barberini. Two metro stops to Via Veneto, three to Spanish Steps. 

The bright spacious apartment has been completely remodeled and includes all modern comforts.  The owner is a lover of Art Deco and most of the furniture has been chosen in this style.  From the entrance you enter into one bedroom.  Through a small corridor you will find the large living room with a fully equipped large, open kitchen and dining area.  From the living room you have the access to the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower.  The double bedroom is quite large with two window and the twin bedroom has a pretty balcony.  Located on first floor with lift.  Facilities include TV, washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
