Apartment Description:  The apartment is in the nice residential Prati neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums, very well connected with the Metro to all the major sites of Rome.  The 7th floor apartment, with lift, is very bright and has a very nice view towards the Monte Mario hill. The building has several original features which dates back to the 9th century.  The apartment has a double bed and double sofa bed, and color TV.  A well equipped kitchenette with washing machine, a dining room and bathroom with shower.  Also includes terrace with panoramic view.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
 Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
 Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
 Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
 Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
