Apartment Description:  This spacious apartment is in the Prati neighborhood, one of the most central residential areas in Rome, located just north of the Vatican Walls.  The accommodation is within walking distance of the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo and is very well connected to all the other historical sites of Rome.  The Metro is a 5 minute walk from the building and the Spanish Steps are only 2 stops away.  

The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a large ancient building equipped with an elevator.  The lovely, elegant courtyard boasts big, beautiful banana trees.  The superior grade apartment has been fully restored, and has comfortable and elegant furniture.  The living room/master bedroom includes convertible sofa, dining table that seats six and queen sized bed.  Also has 2 x twin bedrooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped and includes washing machine.  There is also a large, comfortable bathroom with tub/shower and an additional half bath.  Includes central heating.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
 Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
 Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
 Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
 Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
