Apartment Description: Spacious, bright and
refined, this apartment is three minutes walk from the Metro,
in the exclusive area called Prati. Walking distance (10
minutes) to the Vatican, Saint Peter and Castel Sant’Angelo.

The apartment is on the second floor with lift of a massive,
beautiful “Palazzo” and has been completely remade with “Lime
Stone” floors, elegant hand made tiles for the bathrooms and
kitchen. There are beautiful high ceilings and large windows,
elegant coordinated upholstery and antique furniture.
The bedrooms are warm and comfortable. The large equipped
kitchen and the bathrooms are very modern. The apartment
comprises of a long entrance that give the access to the
rooms. As you enter you can find the sitting room on the left
and the kitchen on the right. Further on the four
bedrooms and at the end of the corridor the two bathrooms.
The apartment is divided into an entrance, sitting room with
dining area and sofa bed for two, one double bedroom with
double bed, one double bedroom with two single beds
convertible into 1 double bed, another double bedroom with two
single beds convertible into 1 double bed, one single bedroom
with single bed, kitchen, one bathroom with tub/shower and
second bathroom with shower. Facilities include Air
conditioning, TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron,
independent heating. |

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $74). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
