Apartment Description:  Delightful apartment on the 5th floor with lift of a nice building in an area close to the Vatican.  Two steps from the Metro A and 10 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo, Pantheon, Piazza Navona.  The neighborhood has many shops and restaurants.  

The house is cozy and everything is neat and clean with light colored walls and old style and comfortable furniture.  It is divided into one entrance, one living room, two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, one kitchen completely equipped, one small bath with tub shower.  Very nice view of the city roofs and on one side, the Saint Peter's Dome.  Includes washing machine.

Minimum stay: 5 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
