Apartment Description:  In the absolute heart of Rome this very "stylish" apartment, is literally one minute from the famous Trevi Fountain and at walking distance from Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Navona Square, Campo dei Fiori.

This spacious 1,200 sq/ft apartment on 2nd floor with lift, has beautiful furniture and tapestries, hardwood floors throughout.  The flat is divided into an entrance, living room with dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen off the living room, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds (bunk beds) and two bathrooms with shower. Facilities include Air conditioning ($14/day surplus), color TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, independent heating, microwave.

Minimum stay: 4 days 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
