Apartment Description: The location of this
apartment is very logistic: few steps from Trevi Fountain and
at walking distance from all most important sites: Campo dei
Fiori, Imperial Forum, Navona Square, Spanish Steps, Pantheon.
Although so central it is very quite.
Completely remodeled in '05, this first floor (2nd American)
apartment is quite charming and elegantly furnished. It has
beautiful wooden antique ceiling and hardwood floors. The
living room with dining area has a fully equipped kitchen
separated by enchanting hand painted sliding doors. The
apartment is divided into a living room with sofa bed for two
and dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with
shower. Facilities include color TV, independent heating, iron
and ironing board, hair dryer and A/C.
For larger parties, there is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
