is one of the most charming in the city. This area is
renown for its artisans, jewellers and boutique shops, famous
restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy a relaxed
atmosphere. Walking distance from Campo dei Fiori,
Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, the Imperial Forum.
The apartment is spacious and bright, divided into one large
living room with dining area, two bedrooms: one double and one
single. One spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with
shower stall. In the living room, both comfortable sofas are
convertible.
The apartment is decorated with a tasteful blend of period and
contemporary furniture, colorful tapestry and original exotic
objects for the owner is a world traveller and she loves to
bring home souvenirs from all over the world. Includes

Minimum
stay: 5 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $74). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
