Apartment Description: This beautiful
property is located in the very heart of the ancient city:
just behind the Pantheon, the most fascinating area of the
historical center.
It benefits from the lively atmosphere surrounding it and
although it is so central, it is very quite. Walking
distance to Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain and
Spanish Steps. The "Palazzo Crescenzi" that hosts the
apartment, dates back to the XIV century, being a property of
a Genovese nobleman. It has been recently restored
giving life to its beautiful decorations and inside the main
entrance you can admire ancient statues and the majesty of the
stairs and the hall.
Located on first floor (2nd American) with No lift, the
apartment is spacious and luminous, it is furnished with a
tasteful blend of period and contemporary style: you can enjoy
antique furniture and modern decorations, new paintings and
modern objects. The large living room has a beautiful
dining area and a new sofa bed for two. The charming
bedroom is very large and has beautiful vaulted ceiling. All
in all this accommodation offers the very best Rome has to
offer. Divided into a living room with dining area,
double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separated kitchen.
Facilities include satellite TV, stereo, central heating,
washing machine, iron and ironing board, A/C (additional cost
of $14/day) .

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
