Apartment Description:  A cozy lofted apartment on the fourth floor with NO lift of a 17th century small building, fully renovated and finely furnished.  The house is in the heart of Trastevere with its artisans shops, famous restaurants and cafès.  Stone’s throw from Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, the Imperial Forum, Saint Peter’s Church.

The recently renovated apartment is bright and well appointed. It has beautiful oil paintings that are copies of the most famous Botero’s pictures, and includes antique furniture and the beautiful wooden beamed ceilings.  The flat is divided into one small living/dining room with kitchenette, a comfortable sofa bed for two and a dining table for four, and spacious and elegant bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The cozy double bed with closet and side table is on the wooden loft.  Includes satellite TV, air conditioning.

Minimum stay: 5 days

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
