Apartment Description:  A very comfortable and practical apartment located in the residential area called Prati, 800 meters from Saint Peter's Church, the Vatican Museum and Castel Sant'Angelo, and 2 bus stops from the Metro A line that connects you to all main tourist attractions.

The lower ground floor apartment is close to the famous covered flower market, which you can enjoy especially in the morning when the whole market is full of beautiful and rare flowers.  The apartment is composed of a living room with kitchenette, one spacious bedroom with double bed and recently remodeled bathroom with shower.  Everything is very neat and cozy, nicely furnished and decorated with colored upholstery.  Includes beamed ceilings and "Cotto" floors. The living room is charming with a comfortable sofa bed for two.  The apartment offers air conditioning, which is quite rare in Rome.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $56).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
