Apartment Types:

Studio Suite (20 sq/m):  Queen bed or 2 single beds plus shower or bathtub in spacious bathroom.

Large Studio Suite (30 sq/m):  Queen bed or 2 single beds plus sofa bed in lounge area.  Includes bathtub in spacious bathroom.

2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Suite (50 sq/m):  2 separated bedrooms with queen beds.  One of the two bathrooms has a shower.  This suite has a view over the Spanish Steps square and there is a balcony looking over the square in one of the two bedrooms.  Note there is no living room area.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 25% deposit requested at time of booking, balance due on arrival.  Payment can be made with credit card.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Convenient Fiumicino airport transfer can be provided at additional cost.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellation. If made less then 30 days before the date of arrival, there is an additional charge of 1 nights rent.
