Apartment Description:  This beautiful third floor apartment (with lift) is located in a recently remodeled building in the very heart of Rome: few steps behind the Trevi Fountain and only few minutes walking distance to the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and Campo dei Fiori.  Although very central, it is extremely quiet as it overlooks peaceful, and green courtyards on one side and the little and traffic free Piazza Scandenberg on the other side.  The apartment is full of light and very spacious - around 150 sq. m.  It is decorated with elegance and all pieces of furniture are original pieces.  It has beautiful restored wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floors.

The apartment is composed of an entrance, spacious brand new kitchen, large living room with two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, a beautiful crystal table, chimney and two large windows.  There are three beautiful bedrooms, two with double bed and one with twin beds, each with its own bathroom "en suite".  Facilities include air conditioning, Satellite TV, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, central heating, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros.  $450 refundable security deposit also required on arrrival.

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 50 Euro (approximately $65).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between June to September.

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
