Apartment Description:
Two elegant and beautiful apartments only 100 meters from the
Spanish Steps. Just outside your doorstep, you will
have the nicest boutiques, shops, restaurants and cafes in
town. It is also walking distance to the Pantheon,
Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain.
These completely restored apartments are on the 5th floor
(with lift) inside an antique historical building. They are very bright
allowing in all natural light through the windows from where
you have a fantastic view of the street below and of the
Obelisk of Piazza del Popolo.
They have been furnished by an architect with extreme
elegance, high tapestry and curtain material. They have
beautiful oak wood floors, beautiful light fixtures and very
modern bath rooms. Composed of a large living room
with plenty of space for a sofa bed for two, dining area and
a kitchenette. One very spacious double bedroom with a
bathroom en suite. The other small bathroom with sink and
W/C is close to the entrance.
The entrance of these apartments are shared and both have
the access to a private lavatory room with washing machine.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros. 200 Euro ($295) refundable
security deposit also requested on arrival.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $50).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.
Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost -
please contact us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas.
