Apartment Description:  Delightful apartment just in front of the Metro line A (4 stops from Spanish Steps). Walking distance to the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Church.
First floor with lift.  The apartment includes living room with a large dining table and a sofa, a kitchen, three double bedrooms: one of them which can become a triple.  Also, three bathrooms: two of them in en-suite. All bathrooms have shower.  Facilities include color TV, stereo, A/C in the bedrooms (additional charge of 10 Euro/day), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
