ideal for Summer or for romantic evening dinners. This
elegant apartment has been carefully restored maintaining the
beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and the hand made “Cotto”
floor. It is divided into a sitting room with sofa bed
for two, dining room with the access to the terrace, double
bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Facilities include satellite TV, one in the living and one in
the bedroom, air conditioning and independent heating. |

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $56). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
