Apartment Description:  These apartments combine the amenities of a fine hotel with the comforts of home—all within 200 meters from the Via Veneto. These air-conditioned 40 s/m studio and 70 sq/m one-bedroom apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, providing the convenience of eating in while avoiding the high cost of room service.  Barberini and Spagna train stations are each a 15 minute walk; Piazza Fiume bus stop is a 3 minute walk.  Rinascente and Rizzo are a two minute walk away for groceries.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Booking procedure: 20% advance payment is due at time of booking, balance due 15 days prior to arrival.  If arrival is within 15 days of reservation being made, then full payment is due.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made.
