Apartment Description:  This residential area born at the beginning of the past century is close to the famous "Villa Sciarra", one of the most beautiful parks in the city, on the hill above the picturesque neighborhood of Trastevere.  A 10 minute walk from the San Peter's Church and about 20 minutes on foot to Campo de Fiori.  Well connected to the historical centre by busses that you can find just outside the main entrance.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (2nd American) with no lift of a nice building.  It has a beautiful and equipped terrace surrounded by high trees to enjoy delightful meals especially in summer times.  You have access to the terrace from the living room and the double bedroom.  The apartment has a large entrance, one luminous living room with a comfortable single sofa-bed.  Two bedrooms: one with double bed, another with two single beds.  One fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub-shower.  The furniture is old fashioned with particular pieces typical of the sixties.  Satellite TV, washing machine.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros.   200 Euro (approximately $325) security deposit also requested on arrival and returned on departure once inventory is made.
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $74).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $16) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
