It is one of the largest open space in Venice, only second to St. Mark's Square.  The apartment is 80 sq/m and can accommodate up to 4 people.  It is divided into a large living room with a terrace overlooking the surrounding roofs. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms both with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.  The property is housed on the second floor (3rd American) with no lift.  Facilities: Air conditioning, TV, DVD, washing machine, telephone, equipped terrace.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 30 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
