Apartment Description:  The apartment is located just few minutes walking from the Rialto bridge, next to the house where Marco Polo once lived. From here you can easily walk to the main sites of the city.

The Apartment is located on the second floor of a fascinating building which dates back to the 15th Century. It has been fully restored and sleeps maximum 5 people. It is reached by a staircase inside the courtyard. It is composed of a foyer, living area (with sofa bed) and kitchen, master (twin) bedroom. On the mezzanine level there is a double (or twin) bed with separate W/C and a seating area.

The bathroom includes a super-strength shower (Jacuzzi) and has all the essentials. It includes: central heating, air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, iron, ironing board.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 30 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
