Apartment Description:  This apartment is located in the Central Cannaregio District,just near of the Ca D'Oro Museum, one of the most important Museum in Venice and one of the most fascinating area in all Venice.  You'll stay in the very heart of Venice close to the famous Rialto bridge.  The apartment has been recently refurbished, nicely furnished and equipped with all you may need for your holiday in Venice.

The rooms are very bright as there are several windows in the apartment.  It has a private entrance on the ground floor that leads to the 1st floor where we find the living room with sofa and TV, the kitchen and one bathroom with tub.  On the 2nd floor you will find two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Minimum stay: 4 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros (or traveller's checks with 2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
